The power supply is a common fault on this model.
Buy a replacement from www.chsinteractive.co.uk
Not cheap though.

SOURCE: TV was working until I moved it to another room.
It can be that the wire may have come loose inside. Are you getting any indicator light on the front panel at all? If you do, then the standby power supply is working but not the rest of the power supply.

Or www.digikey.com, just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current and long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
I have an LG as well.
My troublshooing says:
"Check the power control setting.The power supply may be interupted.
Check if the Auto sleep feature is actiated in the Time settings.
Refer to the " Sleep timer".
If there is no signal while the TV is on, the TV will turn off automatically after 15 miutes or so"
