I'm wanting to print two sided copies from my computer to the Konica Minolta c350 and can't find a setting that allows me to do so.

You must first go into printer properties and under the (I think the tap is called management), where you will spesify any extreas the machine has. You will select the duplex option, as well as any other options your copier might have, like a third drawer, and if you have a fiery you must selece (extended memory as well. After selecting them click add. Then you need on the same tab to tic the check box to communicate both ways and enter the IP address, then click the update button. After that go into the printer preffrences button off the main tab, there under the blue pull-down labeled 'finishing' toy can select duplex and choose left side or top depending on where you would bind the finished print.
This is all dependent on your having the correct driver installed from the konica-minolta web site.

It's possible that you don't have all of the drivers installed.

In some cases, there is a simple driver and then a more complex one (such as an EFI Fiery) that will open up the rest of the printing/finishing options for you.

If you've delved into the printer "properties" and "advanced" buttons with no luck (be sure to look for the word DUPLEX), then I'd look into an updated driver.

Konica Bizhub C350, need to setup ip address

Utility / Administrator settings (pass:12345678) / Network settings / TCP/IP settings. Select auto IP, or enter it manually. You can check IP address by printing Configuration Page: Utility / User Settings / Printer setting / Print Report / Configuration Page. Press start.
Good luck!

When printing duplex A3

If you have the duplexer installed and can use it in the copy mode fine then you probably don't have it installed under you printer setup screen. Just go to printers&faxes in Windows. Double click on the C350. Then click on properties, then upper left should be a configure or advanced tab which lists all the installed options. Make sure that duplex unit is installed and not disabled.

Printer not receiving information from computer

I guess you mean the c350 is not printing while Windows said the job has been sent? If so, it may have changed IP Address from the time you first install the Printer on Windows. Check the Ports setting of the c350 printer! e.g. d53b002.jpg
Network Pritners should have Static IP address or at least a reserved DHCP IP Address. Logon to your Router, check the MAC Address of the c350 and reserve/assign it a IP Address near the end of the DHCP range. Save the Router configuration and power cycle the c350. Confirm IP Address changed to the reserved IP.

Then you have to change all the PC's Printer Configuration of the c350's Port to update the reserved/assigned IP. Or remove the c350 from Printers and Faxes, then run the printer setup software again.
