You must first go into printer properties and under the (I think the tap is called management), where you will spesify any extreas the machine has. You will select the duplex option, as well as any other options your copier might have, like a third drawer, and if you have a fiery you must selece (extended memory as well. After selecting them click add. Then you need on the same tab to tic the check box to communicate both ways and enter the IP address, then click the update button. After that go into the printer preffrences button off the main tab, there under the blue pull-down labeled 'finishing' toy can select duplex and choose left side or top depending on where you would bind the finished print.
This is all dependent on your having the correct driver installed from the konica-minolta web site.

It's possible that you don't have all of the drivers installed.
In some cases, there is a simple driver and then a more complex one (such as an EFI Fiery) that will open up the rest of the printing/finishing options for you.
If you've delved into the printer "properties" and "advanced" buttons with no luck (be sure to look for the word DUPLEX), then I'd look into an updated driver.
