Does not recognize ink cartrige

if you unplug it many times it will reset. but if you changed the ink wells with out doing it with the software on the computer, sometimes it does not recognize the new ink cartridge. try reinstalling through software just reinstall software.

If you use CISS system. The problem may occur CIS. To solve these follow this proces:
1. put out cartrige from cartrige carrier
2. put a plastic seringe into the hole of the cartrige and try to out the ink from inside the cartrige ( mainly magenta or yellow)
3. Then run a head clean.
If result is No Try these:
1. Put off cartrige from cartrige Carrier
2. find out 4/6 stick inside the carrer
3. put a plastic seringe one after and push air on it.
4. After that take a seringe with ink and push it gentally into the stick.
I think you will be rid from your problem.

Is your friend use CISS. If so
Move Ink cartrige holder to cartrige change station.
Put off cartrige ( genuin or CISS) from carrage
Take a soft erager try to remove dry in or dust or waste everything smothly
reassemble the cartrige again
push top of the cartrige gentaly sothat it struck acurately.
Turn on printer.
I think you will get rid from your pprinter problem.

remove the black ink cartrige look at the pins make sure all the protective tape is removed then reinstall the cartrige making sure it is seated all the way and locked in

Try removing all 4 ink cartridges and unplug the power.

Close the ink cover, leave the ink cartridges out and then plug the power back in.

Once the printer boots up completely, reinstall the cartridges

Try cleaninig the ink before reinstalling it again,if problem pesist,clean the surface contact on the printer and put back the ink,if pops up again,replace the ink.

try to unplug your printer while it is in ON state ...it reset all your settings and after that it can recognizes your full cartridges..

Are you using new ink cartridges or manufactured ones? If the device in not recognizing the new ink, Try deleting it in the printers file and reinstall it. if this doesn't work uninstall the software shut down the system and restart, then reinstall the software. Many units don't see recognize cartridges that have been refilled.

uninstall the software and reload it it will mostly fix your problem.

i have just bought new cartridges and it asks have you replaced yellow, i say yes it says no cartridge, any ideas?
