I can not get MSN to come on my computer. I have a windows xp but when I try to go to my Hotmail and all I get is circles, squares, numbers, just junk. I was told to update to IE 8 but I can't get on anything. What is giving me circles, squares, number and junk? I can not put anything in the address line to come up. Also how many times do I have to download a scan from your program? I scan it once get 400 error next time I get 500 errors. How do I get these all fixed? Now I am on a different computer, so I can ask these questions. Thank you.
All the answers are assuming that you are able to connect with the internet. So before anything else make sure that your connected and run network diagnostics. You can do by pressing start and then clicking on the control panel then click on network and internet connections, click on network diagnostics left hand side run diagnostics.
If you are connected,try another browser with your computer such as firefox, opera, safari.
See how they work and whether they are able to interface with msn.
If you are still experiencing issues a free virus software like advair
Specifically what scan are attempting that I need clarification on before we can go further.
