The meaning of codes E00315-00B?Any bodies knows?

this error is related with the hard drive, maybe is damaged,

this is a stapler issue in the fininisher, it is either off track or something is stopping it from moving or there could simply be staples jammed up

e-000013, it is all about waste toner.
possibility :
- waste toner case was detecred full.
- The PLL lock is released because waste toner motor is locked up, etc.
- The micro switch employed to detect clogging of waste toner is activated.

The hard drive for the 5000 is located at the rear of the machine in the upper left controller box as you know. The 5870's hard drive is to the right, just below the "main board". Remove the back cover. To your upper right you will see the enclosure that houses the main board. Directly below it is a box with a cover on it. That's the controller box. Remove this cover and the hard drive will right at yours eyes. You have indicated that you are familliar with the 5000 series, which means you know how to proceed now that you have located the HDD. this error code appears when there is a codec error the solution is :
1) replace the SDRAM
or
2) replace the HDD
or
3) replace the main controoler board

Just enter the service mode & try to clear it ...it will be fine

put in toner then and close cover

Please check the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact or open circuit.,the thermal switch is opened.In this case the fixing heater has opened and the SSR is faulty.
For the reset : COPIER-FUNCTION-CLEAR-ERR.

The driver is the same regardless of the port. Just select "local" port when setting up.
