Under the boiler a little right of center there is a blue/other colour knob. Turn this anticlockwise [as you look up] [twist from right to left] This is the mains inlet tap to let water into the boiler and create the pressure shown on the guage 0.5 bar is the absolute nin.
allow the water to flow in until the guage reads about 1 bar then turn off the knob -not too tight as these are plastic
If you allow too much pressure- do not worry, there is an automatic relief valve.
If the boiler persists in loosing pressure, look for a leak in all pipes to & from radiators. If no leak then check the pressure relief valve outlet pipe, it usually goes through the wall to the outside. Look at the end for water drips & if there are drips replace valve

I have a Worcester 24di combi boiler and it's not working I have a red flashing tap light have represurised the pressure but still not working I have no heating or hot water can you help me please

Red flashing lights usually mean trouble.
There is not enough air getting to the combustion chamber, or the chimney is not working properly. (Stopped up flu)
If this is not a pretty obvious problem, it is better handled by someone who knows a lot more about it than us.

Alpha cd28c boiler loosing water and pressure through pr valve when heating is on,and when then switched off needs repressuring to use heating again.no obvious leaks.new pr valve been fitted.pressure

I assume losing pressure through the PR means Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) or temperature pressure (TPR). Open in TPR may mean boiler is overheating/overpressurized. Open in PRV means the Pressure Reducer/Fill Valve in the fill line of the boiler is broken.
House Water Pressure in a home is 30/40 PSI min to 60-80+PSI max.
Boiler PRV/TPR are set at 30 PSI open (SYSTEM PRESSURE) so too high a house water pressure will open the PRV/TPR. Replace the reduction regulator on/in the fill valve assembly

Rheem does not post service manuals, as consequence almost all water heater questions on fixya are about Rheem products. However other companies use same gas control, and have service manuals available that might assist.

Call for service technician.

Flashing red light on Worcester 24i junior combi boiler

Pressure is ok? at 1 bar or above
I think on this one there should be a reset button [red] on the left hand top of the casing - or lower the control panel [ phillips screw on each side] and the button is on the left of the base plate. Press this and try the heating.or hot tap
P.S. if you're on a prepayment meter check you have gas.

Trouble light bilnks 3 times pause and then repeats

You have a 16 error code, abnormal output temperature. I recommend performing a descale to remove hard water deposits in the heat exchanger. This should resolve your issue.
