I have successfully loaded the software on to my Mac, and uploaded photos to the keychain. The green light is on, indicating that unit is fully charged, however, once disconnected from the USB cable, it won't turn on. HELP PLEASE.
I have successfully loaded the photos onto my Digital Photo Keychain and the battery light indicator is green however once I have unplugged the unit from my USB I cannot get it turn on. Please help.
Well, from browsing around, i believe these little guys require more power than a standard usb is able to give. Try a self powered usb, if that doesnt work, return it. There are multiple problems with the devices not staying powered once unplugged.
Sorry - I am not using a MAC but am using a PC - got photos downloaded no problem just can't turn the unit on once it is unplugged from the usb. Green light says fully charged but power on is not working
How did you get it to download to your Mac are using Mac OS X.5?
I am using 10.5 and the program just quits on me... I have not been able to download any pics at all.

I have exactly the same issue as described previouslt
I have exactly the same problem as the one described above. The keychain works fine as long as it its connected to the computer. As soon as I disconnect the USB cable, the screen goes black and nothing happens.
