Go into you fax options just look for conformation send or confirmation on fax error you sould be able to find those options in the general fax setup.
How do i get my fax to give me a confirmation
Needing to retrieve a fax confirmation sheet/ first page sent Feb 2010..Is it possible to retrieve? if so..pls provide the steps..Thanks!

To get confirmation page do this:
1. On the control panel, press Setup ( ).
2. Use the arrow buttons to select Reports, and then press OK.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Fax Reports, and then press OK.
4. Use the arrow buttons to select Fax Confirmation, and then press OK.
5. Use the arrow buttons to select the option for when you want the fax error reports to be printed.
6. Press OK to save the selection.
To iclude first page with report:
1. On the control panel, press Setup ( ).
2. Use the arrow buttons to select Reports, and then press OK.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Fax Reports, and then press OK.
4. Use the arrow buttons to select Include 1st page, and then press OK.
5. Use the arrow buttons to select On, and then press OK to confirm the selection.

To enable fax confirmation via the device control panel
1. Press Setup.
2. Select Print Report, and then Fax Confirmation.
3. Select one of the following: On Fax Send, On Fax Receive, Send &
Receive
4. then press OK
