Recommended best settings for the TH-50PZ700U Plasma TV

Just wanted some insight into what might be the best settings for the Panasonic plasama TV. Out of the box picture looks great but would like to know if there is some tweaking to make it even better.

No Power. No LED indicator light either.
It most likely has a switching power supply and there are Electrolytic capacitors that need to be changed due to too low grade of a design. If you are not in Electronics, then seek out a Technician.
I have fixed many displays due to bad power supplies and they are not that hard to fix.
