u have to configure it to connect to the internet once again through ur default gateway and to look for that open a command line in windows and type ipconfig and u should see ur default gateway. then type that in ur browser and VOILA!

maybe you have to wait for your provider for them to isolate the problem, it seems that your modem got hit maybe by high surge. ask them to bring a spare modem for isolation.. there is no way for you to isolate the problem coz you've already done the basic....
It sounds like, somehow, an antivirus or firewall app is blocking access to those sites. I'd check there, first. Then, if no help, you may have to simply uninstall and reinstall the modem. If you have your manual, reset the modem and follow the steps to install it as if you just bought it.
