Our electric water heater doesn't work.

We noticed that earlier in the week, the hot water was not coming out as hot. And yesterday while bathing our kids, the hot water was not working at all. We tried emptying out the water from the water heater and replacing the "Screw-in water heater element" it looks like some coil steel wires of some sort. Well even after we replaced them (2), the hot water still doesn't come out. We need help!

Water heather information: It's electric, 4 years old, Rheem water heater 65 gallon model number 82v66-2

Make sure it is wired correctly, check circuit breaker, check breaker built on to element. If all fails, and it is determined your not getting power to it, you may need a electrician. Be careful. good luck.

MY Rheem 81SV40D Water Heater (47 gal) does not heat enough water. Approximately one bath worth.

You have dual-element 240Volt electric water heater.
Since you have some hot water, then we know upper element is good, and that circuit breaker and electricity to water heater are good.
Not enough hot water is probably bad lower element, and possibly sediment build-up in bottom of tank.
Test element:

Replace 4500 watt element available at local hardware, and clean out bottom of tank:

I have an electric Hot water heater with two elements. A few months ago we replaced the pop off valve and a year ago we replaced the thermostat.Since yesterday, we have not hot water. So my husband...

Replace the melted part.

If tank is popping breaker, then the melted part has a short circuit.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-electric-problems-with-water-heater.html
When replacing thermostats, I usually replace both of them
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-thermostat-on-electric-water-heater.html

There are 5 basic parts to electric water heater.
Electricity to water heater.
Upper thermostat
Upper element
Lower thermostat
Lower element
It sounds like electricity is good.
Elements are probably good if just replaced, but one of them could have a short.
Thermostat is melted, so replace it and see if it restores hot water.
If not, then take 40 minutes and do complete troubleshoot as shown in link above.

How do you set tempature to make the water stay hotter longer? I have a Rheem 82v66 2 (65 gal) and cant fill my bath tub with out running out of hot water.

65 gallon water heater should fill more than 1 bathtub since typical bath only uses 12-14 gallons hot water. First hour delivery on your tank should be greater than 60 gallons.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Hot-water-use-chart.html

Since you have such a small amount of hot water, it sounds like bottom element is burned out, or one of the thermostats is bad. There are two thermostats, and two 4500 Watt elements on 65 gallon tank.
If upper element was burned out, or water heater was not getting 240V electricity, then you would have NO hot water. So we know upper element is good and circuit is good.

Ordinary tank-type electric water heater is fully repairable by homeowner and parts are available at hardware or home center.
I suggest taking 30 minutes and doing troubleshoot before replacing any parts.
Buy cheap multimeter from home center.
When testing voltage, rotate multimeter dial to 240-250-277 VAC
When testing elements or continuity, rotate dial to Ohms.

No water pressure in bath tub after turning off hot water heater

It could be back flowing into the hot water heater tank which is not full because of the leak. Even though the valve is closed on the cold water entry side, there is probably no valve on the exit side. That is how it is returning to the tank.
