There are many auto timer enabled extractor fan's available in the market but it could cost you more, therefore I would recommend an alternate solution for you.
All you need to do is
replace your fan's switch with an auto timer. For e.g. An auto timer which will switch off your fan after the desired time automatically.

So when the timer goes off ,
the fan stops by itself , and you don't have to worry about it any more.
