plug the mp3 in to the computer, there will be a box come up click on open file, leave that open, download you music from itunes or limewire they will go to my documents when finished find them there and brag them accross to the file for the mp3
You will not be able to download Limewire to this device. You might be able to copy the installation file to it so you can install it on friend's computers and the like, but you will not be able to install it and download music from the device. You can, however, isntall Limewire on your computer, download music, and THEN transfer the music to the device.
Put your Sansa into MSC mode (Settings-USB mode). Connect it to your PC (not a MAC), and it will act just like a removable memory module. You can use windows file explorer to copy, cut, paste the music files just like any other file.
Music is stored on your computer (or on the Internet) as .mp3 files. You can rip (convert) them from your own CDs or find them online for sale (like at Amazon) or as free songs (Google "mp3 blog".

The Sansa plays other files as well as .mp3, but start with .mp3, the most popular and least complicated kind of music file.
Try downloading the Rhapsody Real player app, and import your Itunes file to the Rhapsody library. The files will be converted and will be able to be transferred to your mp3.
You have to sync it, I know i had the same problem!
When you conect it, you should have a screen saying what action to take go to sync.
You have to put your songs in there then sync

You can manually transfer the files from your Limewire folder to the device thru My Computer.
My Computer>Device Name(e250)>Music Folder.
Or, you can use windows media player to transfer.
