Are you trying to change your login name on Facebook, its quite simple. Just go to settings- account settings- general- see the name- edit it, and now you can enter your middle name.
first, save all the 20 email addresses in your contacts.
how to do it:
1. sign in to your yahoo account
2. in the middle left part of your email, click add contact
3. put all their email addresses together with their full name
4. now, instead of clicking new message or compose message, do directly to contacts and check all the email addresses of the 20 persons.
then click send e-mail. you can also attached file if you want.

On your home page, inth eupper right hand corner you will see "account"
