How can I configure the i2050 to easily switch between two different CS1000 phone systems when the software is loaded?

my i ask you say you are trying to login to the phone why?
when you say you but them on to a new tn did you put both ext back on the same tn

Take it back to the shop - there are 3 parts to the firmware in thoses phones:

1) Main firmware
2) File system
3) Custom pack

The "configuration error" message means that the custom pack wasn't loaded - and as a result the startup code can't figure out how to configure the phone.

If the old CDA is still in the phone, then you can try using the update service software on the SE website - but that often fails to identify the phone when it's in the state that your phone is.

Upgrade to the latest version.

Check your firewall settings. Make sure you can pass voice traffic. Can you Skype?

if u mean bu switching user accnt in ur PC then yes this could happen as when u install USB adapter in system ..
It also get included in the system startup
Goto start
Goto run
type msconfig
click ok
system configuration utility will open up
goto start up and u will find the usb adapter utilty or software listed
As ur system start up items gets increased whenever u install any new software on ur system
These softwares get loaded when u start pc or switch user
which causes some latency
Solution to this would be to goto the same system system configuration utlity window and try to disable unnecasary appln which are not required in starting windows
