How are the cartridges loaded into the HPphotosmart C4580

To replace the print cartridges
1. Make sure the product is turned on.

Bought used Photosmart C3180 printer. Need to know how to insertcartridges. Thanks

for this particular printer, there are two slots, one with a green triangle and another with 2 different shapes. The left one is for colour and the right for black ink.
First you want to pull the desired cartridge out by putting a finger on both top and bottom and it should literally slide out (if it doesn't first time lift it up slightly first). Save the cartridge for future refill and the cartridge you want to put in you hold the same way and again from the bottom just literally slide it in. You should be able to click it in once it is all the way - this indicates it is in correctly, the printer should now run a test print

The print cartridge cradle cannot move.

"The print cartridge cradle cannot move."
I fixed this problem by disconnecting the power cord from the power-strip and connecting it directly into the wall. My printer was not getting enough voltage from the power-strip. I hope this helps.

HP C3180 all in one printer won't realign

Hi,

We've encountered several problem like this. Hope this gives an idea; I understand the cartridge will not moved back to park tray or flash ink tray back and forth because the return pick-up guide were not properly placed into each original position. It will block the ink tray moving back and forth. You can roll back the roller into the original place by removing the back cover if it has, then turn the pick-up roller slowly allowing the roller to turn and backed to its original position. Removed also remains of jammed paper pieces.

Best regards,
Rosener Guyano
