You will find as with Dell that the motherboard etc is all custom & you cant upgrade it yourself, you have to go through Sony. I am not 100% on that but that has been the case with many branded PCs i have seen.
Can you not open the case? This usually voids the warranty but if you were intending to replace parts then it would likely be voided anyway.
You need to get the motherboard number and look it up at the manufacturer site under support you should be able to download a tech specs for that board showing the pin layout [owner manual may have it too.
if you are talking about connecting the front chassis connectors to your motherboard then you need to find out the exact model of the MB... im assuming its Intel since its a Dell.
