Thank you, shorty! It was exactly my problem (F-05) and the reason was piece of cloth in the suction hose.

Some of these machines have a door lock that dose not unlock for a min. or two after wash is done. If so try the door now & it should open.

Hotpoint Aqualtis AQGF 149 Error F-05 what does mean?

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Indesit (Hotpoint) 'F05' decodes as 'pump block'.
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete and general guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
-------------------------------------

If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play!

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning!

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

I have a hotpoint aqualtis and i have a fault come up code fo5

F-05 is indeed the water outlet blocked. You need to clean it out, also possibly the pump, & Hoses.

Error code 07 on my Aqualtis AQXXF

Might be a bit complex but this is your problem and solution

REMEMBER TURN THE POWER OFF

F07: Heater relay stuck or element open circuit
This fault is only signalled when pressure switch is in empty position.
Check the efficiency of edge connector J3 on module.
Check wiring to heater and continuity of element (25 ohms approximately).
Check the efficiency of pressure switch connections and correct operation of pressure switch,
and the pressure chamber is not blocked with sludge.
Remove edge connector J3 and check wiring and contacts at positions 2, 3 and 4 on J3.
If all above OK replace pressure switch, module or eeprom as required.

On a hotpoint aqualtis aqxx149pm i get error code f8 flashing

Hi.
F8 means that heater relay cannot be activated, you need to call an engineer.
Could be expensive, possibly a new control board needed
