Line ou the magneto timing mark for top dead center with the mark on the engine case then line up the timing mark on the cam gear with the mark on the head. Once those two marks are lined up then the timing is set.

Need a manual for a Chinese quad make is 'Sam' 110cc or on Chinese 110cc ATV quad. The make is Sam that specific manufacturer.
'Sam' isn't the manufacturer. If you by 1,000 in bulk from a Chinese maker they will call them 'Corrine' if you want with badges and decals to match.

Try the Baja manual (seller probably lives in California and chose the name).

Just bought a apache quad 110cc with no ignition barrel ,but need a ignition diagram for the colour of the wires to the ignition .can any one help.
Go to easyquad parts technical help and you can download a wiring diagram for apache 100, this should be the same as what you need.
