My computer can't open the instruction manual file on the disc that came with my Audiophase KZ111 mp3 player. I keep getting a message saying "Unable to load graphics conversion filter. Continue on with document conversion?". I click on YES, and I keep getting the same message. I click on NO, and I get a message that reads "An unexpected error occurred while reading D:MANUALAUDIOPHASEINSTRUCTIONMANUAL.DOC". It's trying to open it with WordPad, and I've tried every program on my computer to open it.
I haven't used my Audiophase (KZ111/ KZ112 mp3 player) in forever and I am not sure how exactly to charge it.
It's a word document. If you don't have microsoft word installed, you'll need to install it. Or, if you can't afford word, you can get open office. That's what I used to read it. You can get open office at www.openoffice.org
Microsoft word opened it right up for me.
Try to find the file extension . something like .doc .xls .txt and find the application for the extension using google

I am having the same exact problem... this is very frustrating. I have not come up with a solution yet, and i may take the mp3 player back just for this reason. I tried opening the manual with all the applications my computer has and nothing has worked. Why can't they just give a paper manual with the device??
