If you have already replaced the thermostat unit and both heating elements, and the indicator light is coming on and the fans are running, but the oven is still not heating up, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you could try:

I have exactly the same issue, fan assisted oven setting - no heat (fan is working fine I feel) the non fan setting heats up ok but then appears to lose it's temperature.....(not that the thermostat knows about!)
Can't believe my oven has two separate elements..........Please help
Your convection element has go bad in the back wall I'm sure.
