try in driver32.cm or use windows7 it does not require any audio driver it automatically takes driver then use any driver backup software and take the backup of audio driver or right click on mycomputer goto device manager there it show question mark on audio device click there and it choose to find driver in internet and your problem will be solved!!!!!!!1
The motherboard box may help. Or you may need to open up your case and see what model your motherboard is. Do a search for the model and see where it takes you. The motherboard site will usually carry drivers for what you need. If you do find the appropriate software, I suggest copying the files to cd, or dvd and putting the disc in a safe place just in case you do format again.
What you need from the CD are the drivers, you can input the type and model of *********** board to access the drivers from the Intel support site at the link below.
You will need to open the computer case and look for the model number on the motherboard. Usually it will be in bigger font than other text. When you find it, you will need to search google for that model number and get the drivers from the manufacturer website and install them.
