Samsung RS21DCNS Water dispenser freezing up

I did a GOOGLE search using your reforge model number. I came up with several sites that have all of the info you need. The best was RC Repair parts. Here you will find all of the repair parts you need with pictures of same. Look it over I used this service for my Refrige a few years back and it was GREAT! also did a repair on my washing machine again a big help and all the parts were listed and available.

you either have a kinked water line, or a frozen one. There is a possibility that the solenoid isn't working.

The water stops flowing from the dispenser when the external water filter needs changing, stick a new filter and it should start working again, it sometimes takes a few minutes to clear the air after the filter change.

Are you sure about these temps C or F? At 2 deg on either scale, food would freeze! And -23 is unreachable.
Water running down the door sounds like a seal leak, check by putting a dollar bill between the seal and the frame. It should NOT pull out easily. Or there may be an air leak in the ice/water dispenser. Look at these parts closely. Or the "stile heater", a heater in the door frame to prevent condensation, may be broke. This is expensive to fix.

how do we disconnect the water line to the freazer

The middle part of my refrigrator (RS21DCNS) is full of ice. i have removed ice many times. could you tell me whats the reason and solution of this?

Do you get ice and no water? Or neither?

Might be the solenoid or the switch. There is a diagram on the back of the box...use a multtester to be sure.

clean lint from coils in back. could also be low on refrigerant (freon)
