Select Language.
Get Remote And Hit 5,4,3,2,1,0.
Listen For Beeps. Touch “Hammer/Screwdriver” Logo.
Select Brake Override
Switch To Brake Override “ON”
Now Hit Setup On Remote.

I have the same problem but ny model is the 9411 I have two boys one is 3yrs.old the other is 2 ny headrest dont work while i am driving eithe so I have to carry a portable dvd player what a pain thats the only way the kids stay settle i the car.can you help me please?
