SOURCE: no heat
hi there
your problem is either the t-stats have blown which is very common or your heater is blown..
im guessin your t-stats beacuse they are the most common on hotpoint dryers to blow. There always blowing
They located at the back of the dryer behind the protuding panel so there for you dont need to open it all up just that panel.
To check if their blown check for continuity,, no continuity no good merry christmas cheers
SOURCE: HOTPOINT AQUARIUS CONDENSER TUMBLE DRYER CTD40
Not sure but try this..it workd with my Whirlpool dryer. Remove the condenser (clean it with water and a toothbrush too coz it will probably be clogged up) and pop a tea towel in the hole where the condenser was. Tip the dryer on its side and any trapped water will run out onto the tea towel or the floor OR the water reservoir where it should have gone in the first place......
SOURCE: How do i clean the condenser on my hotpoint tdc32?
Remove condenser, and flush it out under a running tap, or hose pipe with cold water, this will flush all the fluff out of the condenser
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.
