Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) here that demonstrates how it's done.

You can find handy exploded views and order parts by model number here.

I have a small dent in my stainless steel refrigerator. I've tried a plunger and the blow dryer and dry ice trick any other ideas?

Because it is stainless steel it is not likely that it will come out the compressed air and blow dryer are you best bet but it is unlikely that it will come out

The door won't latch closed and the door release button pushes all the way in

I have the NN-T994 SFR model and it had a switch that was staying depressed. I removed the screws to (in my case) the stainless steel cabinet, removed the cabinet and unhooked the wires to lay it aside. Found that the switch was cracked or broken, glued it back exactly as it was, then put the cabinet back on and it fixed it! Now about a year later, I have another problem...oh well. Hope this works on yours.

Aplliance fronts in stainless steel

I'm not sure about some of those appliances but ApplianceArt.com maybe able to help you. They sell stainless panels as well as the Softmetal adhesive stainless that's been on HGTV's "I Want that," "Design on a Dime," and "Real Estate Intervention." And I think some others.

Stainless Steel oven door dent fix

The best repair is to take apart the door panels, bang the dent pout from the other side, then sand and polish it smooth.

Otherwise, there may be some dent filler you can use, then sand and smooth it.

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

GE STAINLESS STEEL MICROWAVE OVEN.

One way is to separate the door panels, bang out the dent from the other side, then burnish the area.

Otherwise, you can replace the damaged piece. You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here: http://tinyurl.com/gv383

If she's really the forgiving type, maybe she'd settle for your placing over the dent a little magnet or sticker that says, "I love my wife"? *GRIN!*

Duct venting

I would consult the owner's manual or installation manual on this. It will show you how to do either way.
