Sorry but there are no specific drivers on the CD for this player. I've had this player since '05 and was trying to get it installed under Windows Vista with only limited success. This player seems to work best with Win XP.
The c150 has two modes of operation MSC and MTP. In MSC mode Windows recognizes the player as a flash drive. You create folders using Windows Explorer just like you do on any hard drive and then copy your music files into the folders. The second mode (MTP) works with a music player such as Rhapsody or Windows Media Player (ver. 10 or higher). SanDisk bundled Rhapsody on their CD and I just installed it (today) on my Vista PC and it seems to work OK. Any files dropped on the player in MTP mode are invisible to the music player running in MSC mode. However, all files added to the player, regardless of the mode used, are visible as one big happy list when you use the player.
You set the mode you want to use before plugging the player into a USB port by going to "menu/settings/USB" on the player then choose either MSC or Auto Detect (defaults to MTP).
SanDisk has very little tech support info about this player on it's web site. I hope this is helpful.
Try to reset your device by holding the power button down for 15-20 seconds or until it resets....If that doesnt help you get the latest firmware upgrade for your device...that should solve the problems you are having...
