If its flashing auto.
Press and hold the 2 buttons on the left hand - clock and cook time and then press the + button.
This then sets the time to allow manual and takes the auto off.

Had the same problem with Belling Synergie, grill ok , oven light on (thermostat) but no heat. Also trip switch went at same time so presumed it was element. €30 element from electric shop and changed it in 15 mins. Remember to switch of mains. Access to element from inside oven, remove four back screws and bolt securing element. Element pulls out and remove the push fix connectors. Replace element and refit.
Oven nor grill wont heat up and the light is on so thats ok so have i to take it off auto?
