My nokia 3110c not working properly

Hi, i have a lot of problems of my NOKIA 3110c previously i.e., from purchasing date to now, so many problem i face it, like ear phones not working, software problem, restarting every time, memory card failure, improperly working music player,...etc. NOW GPRS SETTING IS NOT ACCEPTING FROM ANY NETWORK, I STILL RESTORING THE SETTINGS AND CLEARING THE MEMORY, WHEN ANY SETTINGS IS RECIEVED BY AN SMS, ITS NOT ACCEPTING "ONLY 70 SETS ARE ACCEPTING, MEMORY FULL" THIS ERROR MESSAGE IS SHOWING..
