Ok first of all you should never let a phone die out of charge at all.IF it dies out of charge there are chances it might charge again once you charge it but in some cases it wont, you need to boost your battery just like jump start your car.It cannot be done anywhere except some service centre. If you are not taking to your service center , then you need to buy a new battery.
Your fix may well be to replace the battery.
Well, the chargers couldn't all be bad, so it must be a bad battery. Change it and try a new one.

Laptop batteries are notorious for dying out and losing charge quickly. If you treat your battery with the utmost care, you'll have success in getting the most out of it. First make sure you charge your laptop battery properly when using it for the first time.
Most laptops today are equipped with Lithium Ion batteries. It's essential that you learn your model's specifications so you can follow the correct usage practices. This is the only way you'll be able to achieve maximum battery power.
The amount of time it takes for your battery to fully charge depends on many factors, like your battery type and operating system. Many newer laptops will charge in 15 to 20 minutes, while others can take a few hours. When you're charging your battery for the first time, charge it fully before using your laptop. You may have to go through a battery cycle a couple times before your battery begins performing at its maximum capability. To do this, charge your battery fully, let it discharge (through normal use) to about five percent, and then fully charge it again.

I was told to let it die completely.. I bought the phone from a cell phone rep who was selling his own personal phone.. He said that id you recharge the battery before it dies, that the battery will never last as long as if you let it die, then charge it.. It is an Iphone, and it wasn't cheap.. Any other ideas? I have NO clue where there is a service center to take it to..
