The problem is hard water. www.dishwasherfilter.com has a product to solve this problem once and for all. It filters the water going into your dishwasher and removes the hard minerals that leave those spots. It is very affordable and even has a money back guarantee. You will love the way your dishes look with this product.

DW7933LRABB/AA-0001 dishwasher. The glasses, etc. on the top are not getting clean, with little particles sticking to the glass. When glasses are on the lower shelf, they get clean. What should I do?

Make sure to clean it the best you can and they have my types of cleaning products available and run one or two through depending on water type or dirty ness of machine fire this should clean for better water flow and the spay arms should distribute water better that's getting your upper and lower shelves in your dishwasher cleaner and your dishes squeaky clean

My glasses come out looking very cloudy this has only just happened, I have cleaned out the machine, addded salt etc don't know what else to try, I have had to chuck out all my glasses. |Help it only...

Most dishwashers use an extention pipe from the lower unit that cleans the tops of the lower shelf and the bottom of the upper shelf. Sometimes, the extention pipe is not extended when it should be either because of damage or maybe soap build up. Check to be sure that the extention is free to extend. If it is resistant, a little vegetable oil on it and moving it up and down sometimes will clear up the problem. If not replace the extention.

Ingrained glass on top shelf

Hello. Begin by running the dishwasher after adding two cups of vinegar. Use the hottest and longest cycle u have. This will clean your machine. Then change over to cascade liquid and see if it imakes a difference. Finally, always run the hot water in the sink until it is real hot before you turn on your dishwasher.

Spotty, filmy glasses

Even if you are sending it 120 degree water from your hot water heater, if the internal heating element has failed, your will get poor cleaning, including a film on your glassware.
Replacing the heating element will almost certainly fix the problem.
Good Luck!

Top shelf items dirtier after cleaning

After some experience with our own fdw60 with the same problem, we now put all pots and pans on the top rack. Putting them on the bottm appears to stop the clean water rinse reaching the top rack. All washes since have been ok.
