Check the water inlet valve. Unplug the machine, turn off the water, and remove the supply hoses. Check the small metal screens inside the openings on the water inlet valve. Make sure they are clear of rust or debris. (Especially the cold water side) Check the solenoids using a multimeter or ohmmeter and testing continuity. A lack of continuity will mean a bad solenoid. I'll attach a photo for reference. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
U can 1st check your incoming water. turn water supply valve off behind washer. disconnect cold water, look at the screens at the washing machine valve. thats the plastic piece that u just removed the hose off of. take screen out and clean the screen, if they are dirty then that may be your problem if clean id say your water valve is bad.part roughly 39.99-69.99 labor 75-125.00 depending on who u use and were u r located. thats of course as long as water is coming to the washer, we do find at times a plumbing issue at house valve behind washer or a kincked hose. please check all this before u call for service. hope this works.
