Same problem as Faina. Audiodream 1 Gig shows 0 files 0 bytes used & 0 Bytes free. The computer says all the files are on the audiodream and I can access 7 play these through the computer. I can,t update the firmware or format the audiodream as it locks up the computer. I've tried with 2 different computers with the same result.

Lost manual, cannot operate audiodream

Here's a link to some online documentation for that player (I couldn't find a link to download the manual itself):

MP3 PLAYER IS SAYING AUDIO FORMAT FILE ERROR

Make sure that the file format of the music you are trying to play is supported by the player that you have. If it isn't you can convert the file by using a file converter you can download from the net.

My Mp3 says no files

Try going to packardbell.com and downloading the new firmware upgrade. I had the same problem and this seemed to fix it. But be careful coz if you choose the wrong upgrade you can knacker ur MP3 player altogether.

Playback

Hi Vitt, There are two ways to switch off the AudioDream, the power switch or holding the Menu button for 5-6 seconds. When the power switch is used changes in the settings are not saved to memory. After changing settings always power down the AudioDream by pressing the Menu button. This will save the changes you made. Have a good one! El Duderino
