Have had BOse 321 for 1 week now...all worked great...then yesterday remote just stopped working....put in new batteries...several new sets of batteries....and the red lights flashes twice and then nothing....the unit still works when I push the buttons manually...I have unplugged unit from the wall and waited 2 minutes to reset unit...but the remote still does nothing.
Already tried a new remote and new batteries. bose says the ir bulbs need replacement so i'm taking it in. shucks.

I have the Lifestyle 38 - since Feb. 07 and have am on my 3rd remote- from Bose- This is extremely frustrating-I'm at my wit's end.
I have the same problem. Is there any solution without taking the unit to the store?
I took it back to best buy and they just swapped it out....said the sensor in the box was not reading the remote....new unit is working fine and so is remote.
Thought it needed new batteries and I changed them still doesn't work
