Power failure Fresenius 2008k machine would not turn power on.

it says power failure after it has turned by half an inch that because there is an overload fitted which it stop the machine from turning because it too tight ( it safety the cable from over heating hence fire ) insure that the tube is able to run free

Power Failure Recovery

If the system is disconnected from the AC power it will not operate. Your announcemen and messages are retained in memory during a power failure but you will need to reset the clock. See the instructions on the bottom of the unit. If the message window displays CL, you need to reset the clock. See the instruction on the bottom of the unit.

What is it telling you is that it was unpluged or lost power for a short period of time.
First of all just try pressing the Stop Button.
The try powering it off with the power switch. Remove the power cord for a minute then replace the plug and turn on.
That should clear it.
Anoying message, but just an indication that you lost power unexpectedly.
