Do you have water connected? Was it working before?

Disconnect the power to the icemaker. Does the clicking stop. If it does it is the servo motor. Sub Zero are highly overengineered, you will need a technician. These days they fix with a laptop.

make sure that the compressor filter is clean -- if it hasn't been cleaned recently, can prevent proper operation.

Did u check condenser on the top behind the grill? If it's clean, check unit for evaporator freon leaking. Light....Possibly bad bulbs behind that plastic light cover or light switch - one of them located on upper portion of door frame.

Unit has separate compressors and thermostat's. Clean the condenser, if it doesn't improve call for service, as there is a decent chance you will need sealed system work or defrost issue. If you need instructions on cleaning the condenser check subzero.com.also try advanceing the defrost timer as they mostly die in the defrost cycle. Behind the grille there will be a panel with a small hole in it with a screw above and below. Use a flat blde screw driver to turn the gray piece in th small hole clockwise a few clicks. If the freezer comes back on you will need to replace the defrost timer.

There are two door switches one for fan and the other for the lights. With the compressor running, there are two so yu need to make sure it is the refrigerator and not the freezer, open the door and press the right switch and listen for a fan. The left should be your light switch and the problem is generally in the switch, on rare occasions there is a failure of bi-metal safety switch part number 4200850. We have the same SubZero unit and the water leak is the ice maker line or the pan that catches condensation. If you unscrew the panel at the bottom, you will be able to take the pan out and see if the water is from there. If it is from the ice maker line (which was plastic on ours), you should fix this right away as we didn't and we ended up having a $10,000 flood that ruined our hardwood floors. Also, the increased motor noise happened to us as well, but when we had the motor replaced, it is not much quieter.
