Before you use your Jabra BT350, you need to pair it with your mobile phone. 1. Put the headset in pairing mode • Make sure the headset is off. • Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on. 2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT350 Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a ‘setup,’ ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a typical mobile phone in fig. 5) 3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT350 Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros).

I called Jabra Support and they are sending out another unit. The technician indicated that the battery is likely defective and is not field replaceable.
Hello friend,
First, make sure that your headset is charged and then press and hold the "Answer/end" button until that the light becomes blue solid. at this time you can do a search on your phone to discover bluetooth devices.

if the device doesn't light on at all, you may need to try with another charger because in this the device is not charged at all.
Best Regards,

BR, I had the same problem with my BT350 and my Razr V3c. I was finally able to resolve the problem by doing the following:
- delete BT350 from device list on Razr
- start Razr looking for device
- put BT350 in pairing mode while phone searching (hold answer button till solid blue light)
- phone will detect BT350 and retrieve name
- select Jabra BT350
- say 'yes' to bond with Jabra BT350
- enter passkey - 0000
- phone will connect with Jabra BT350
While the headsetis off, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds. It will first blick the light in several patterns, all in blue. Finally, it will come on solid blue, no blinking. It is now ready to be paired. Once your phone/PDA has detected it, the passkey /should/ be 0000, as in zero zero zero zero. That should do it. Best of luck! :-D
