SOURCE: Haier XQB55-10 : water leakage from inlet hose jointer

Inside the connector is a flat washer and a mesh filter. one side of the mesh filter has a strip/bar across it, this filter goes into the base of the connector with the strip/bar upwards, make sure it is seated in the connector properly.

Then fit the flat washer ensuring that it is clean/undamaged and lying flat at the base of the connector, the mesh filter strip/bar has at either end a small lip, the washer goes underneath the two lips, if it is placed on top of these lips it leaks!

99% positive on this, if not buy another hose!

Haier HLP21N Pulsator 1-Cubic-Foot Portable Washer. Why won't it completely drain?

Question edited for clarity.

My guess is that your drain hose is too high. The pump is in the base of the washer and pushes the water up the tube and into the drain/ when the pump stops, the residual water in the hose drops back into the base of the machine, so the higher the hose, the greater the column of water.

Why does my washer only drain when the hose is at ground level? It also seems to be filling with more water than usual - almost overflowing for a small load of laundry.

the water pump on a washing machine is nothing more that a water stirrer as the vanes are straight out
the pump is full all the time and passes water if the hose is laid on the floor. the fact that it is not pumping indicates that it is not getting power at the right time. or the motor of the pump has malfunctioned O new pump) The over flowing machine indicates that the hose to the pressure switch ( what you turn for the water amount ) is blocked or has a hole in it
With both problems combined it may be a faulty control board so have a washer machine mechanic have a look at it.

Haier HLP23E - When I press start, the water flows in and out at the same time.

Hi Lina, accordin to the Haier website, E4 stands for "water inlet problem. Water can not inlet or cannot reach the selected level in a proper time.". Unless the ingoing water pressure is really low, I think you need to service the machine. Anyway, hope this helps!

How to drain water from haier 8000bt portable ac

There is a drain plug on the rear of the unit, just above floor level. Before draining into a low sided pan of bowl, capable of holding 1 quart of water, turn the unit OFF & unplug it.

Another draining option is to disconnect the exhaust hose(s) and roll the unit to a floor drain or outside to drain it.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
