I want to open ports 24000-24100 on my Mac to play Scrabble online. The game at scrabulous.com is telling me to open ports 24000-24100 because I'm using a wireless connection.
System Preferences --> Network --> Sharing --> FireWall --> New --> Port name = Select "Other" and call it (for example) scrabulous --> Add the port numbers 24000-24100 in TCP and UDP ..
And for MACS????? How then..

Howbout if you are on a network? how do you open the ports i that case?
In the router enable UPnP --> that should help...
However preferrably you'd do a port-forwarding instead of enabling UPnP.
try this and should work.you would have to access the router page and that depends on the router that you have

tried the solution posted entered port numbers and still no solution strange thing is that yesterday I played just fine now it won't connect to the server any other solutions?
