Take your tv to a TV service Centre and ask them to fix. If they cant fix it, take the work order from your service guys and call 1-877-297-8391 and get your tv

Probably the t con board of your TV is faulty. T con board is the one which drive the lcd pixels. You have to replace the T con board to get it work properly.

Power Supply problem, had the same problem, could not find a Power Supply board replacement even on ebay. They had a capacitor replacement kit, here on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Repair-Kit-RCA-L32WD22-LCD-TV-Capacitors-/230637983468?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35b31856ec
I would resolder the inverter chips about five of those on the inverter board first. If that doesn't fix it, try the Power Supply unit (PSU), order this capacitors http://www.ebay.com/itm/Repair-Kit-RCA-L32WD22-LCD-TV-Capacitors-/230637983468?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35b31856ec
or better if you can get a new PSU altogether, but doubt you can find one right now.

First place to look is the main power supply module for simple thing like fuse, then look for 5V standby, you must have at least this standby voltage. This 5V (should always be there with the TV on or off) is supplied to the main board so when you turn on the TV, the main board will send the ON signal to the main power supply to supply voltages to other circuits.
did you see the standby light? if no you have problem in main power section maybe the fuse is blown you can locate the fuse at the power main board, or if the standby light is light up the problem is the inverter power supply and this section is need to diagnose to find the defective parts...
i have a l32wd22 rca -----went out -- the plug from the power cord to the power supply [ a two prong jack on the side of power supply was loose]
i bent the pins slightly then plug it back in and also taped it in place---now it works fine
