Well there should be 2 hinges rite behind seat. you wont see the screws cause they are under a plastic cover. take a flat head screw driver and pry up cover. lil cover should lift up towards tank. then you should see screws. the nut is under bowl you have to bend down then look up to see them or do what i do and feel for them. take big flat head or big philips screw driver and while you hold nut titen screw. hope this helps. duane:)
I have the exact same model of toilet, below is a link to that model we have.

As most of these answers seem to be for a different style/brand of toilet and lid assembly. There isn't a way to tighten the lid screws from the bottom. You have to use the release lock buttons under the lid and remove the metal covers to the assembly, then tighten the bolts that bolt downward into the bowl, or replace the rubber washers that keep the housings from sliding. Hope this helps!

Reach under the bowl of the toilet and feel for a rather large wing-nut bolt on each side of the toilet. You must hold these with your hand and tighten the screws with a screwdriver. If you don't hold these wingnuts, then the screws will keep spinning forever and never tighten. Run your hand directly below the toilet just below the screws and you will find them. VERY EASY FIX!

There should be a way to tighten the bolts without going that far Here's two things:
Look at the lid, with the seat down. The bolts are sometimes covered with a snap-in palstic cap or flap. If so, pry up with a screwdriver. Then use a screwdriver and wrench to tighten.
If the bolts appear to be cast as a part of the hinge assembly, you should be able to reach around the seat to the back side (no pun intended) of the toilet, and tighten with a wrench.
I sometimes use a 'mirror trick' to get a better idea of what's back there. Just use a small mirror and hold it to where you can see the bolt and not on the back.
Hope this gets you going (oops, another unintentional pun).

Lift up plastic caps located on ends of hindge behind seat. use flat screw driver and hold the nut under the outside toilet rim with your fingers or a pair of pliers. Do not over tighten or might crack the bowl.
SOURCE: toilet tank looses water over time
As long as there is no water leaking from the tank to bowl connection, you are OK. You would know if it was leaking here, because you would have water dripping out onto the floor.
Verify that the water level in your tank is below the top of your new flush valve's overflow tube. If the water level comes to the top, it will overflow into the toilet bowl. This can be easily fixed with an adjustment to the fill valve.
If the water is not overflowing into this tube, then the only way you can lose water is through the flapper. You said you changed the flush valve, which would have come with a new flapper attached to it, but maybe buy a new flapper and see what happens???

If the screws don't tighten the either the screw threads are stripped or the attachment nut is stripped. Take the screw and nut to any hmoe repair center and get new ones. remember don't over-tighten then screws as this will crack the unit.
