I have a Sony Ericsson Z310a cell Phone and i want to unlock it so that i can use it for other service provider. I got the code to unlock the cell phone by entering IMEA #. when i am putting that code to unlock my z310a nothing happens. I'm putting the code as it shows with * and # signs. When i'm pressing send it says network error.
Can some one please guide me.

Call in to AT&T and they should provide you with the unlock code FREE after 90 days of your phone being activated and working. They're going to tell you it's changed to 6 mths but tell them that you bought your phone before they changed it. And they'll be happy to give you the code. I got mine 2 days ago :)
Unlocking the network lock is rather difficult by generated codes. All the time it doesn't works. If you got that unlocking code by reeliable sources then try to enter it without simcard, it will not show you network error and will paste that code at the place when it should be. This is for Tejbha.
Pyper16....PUK (personal unlocking code) may be obtained from your network service provider company by making call to their customer support section (it is call free no.). The operator online will ask you 2-3 question of your personal detail like residence and full name etc,. then he will provide you that code and instruction to enter it and reset your security code. You are advised to remember your security code as it is necessary to obtain uninturupted service/

I got unlock code for my Z310a. it was unlocked, but still locked for 850 MHZ frequency. only 1 network in my country works on that frequency. the network i am trying use is on 1800 MHZ. can someone please tell me how that lock can be removed?
