Sportline 240 lost written directions for the 240 stop watch...any suggestion....can't get to clear...thanks

I have this watch, its actually a Sportline S7 and i couldn't find it on the website. The closest instructions I could find were for for the Solo Series 915 mens watch on the sportline.com website. Just click on the link and then on the right side click on the manual tab. There is a PDF manual there for download.

A more complicated watch then what I have ever dealt with. I would contact Sportline at the following link:

To set the date and time, press the center button (Mode) on the top three times. Press the left button (Split/Reset) to select seconds, minutes, hour, day, month or date. Use the right button (Start/Stop) to change the value of each selection. Hold the Start/Stop button to change the value rapidly. (When changing the seconds, you will only be able to set the value to 00.)

Press the Mode button to return to the Time Display.
