Hi how can i get my picture?
I cannot receive pictures. i did go to www.virginmobil.co.uk/message but still cannot find my picture, what i have to do?

There are a few things that can cause this. Check with your provider that the MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service) is correclty subscribed to your account. While your speaking to them ask if they can send the settings to you phone via an OTAC(Over The Air Configuration) which is an SMS message. Get them to check the settings in the handset or send the settings to you via email.
Other than that, the obvious stuff. You got enough room in the memory on the phone right?

Got message on mobile to contact www.virginmobileco.uk/getmessage did this entered my mobile no plus 8 didgit ref given to me on my mobile have been trying for a week to access the pics but keep getting told there is a problem I only have another week to access pics then they are gone. What can I do to retrieve the pics and save them on to my computer?
