Hi. This is a water temperature sensor issue.

If during the water heating step in the wash cycle, the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range, the "F05" error code will be displayed.

Possible Causes / Procedure

1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check the water temperature sensor. Check connections to the water temperature sensor.
3. Check resistance of heating element, if present on this model. (abnormal = infinity).

Replace any parts that is malfunctioning or defective.

It generally happens when during the water heating step in the wash cycle, the water temperature sensor value is out of range then the "F05" error code will be displayed on the washer screen. To resolve the issue unplug or disconnect the power of the washer from power socket and mains. Check the water temperature sensor and its connections. If available on the washer you have, check resistance of heating element and replace the components which have gone bad.

Error f0-05 showing during cycle

Error code F05 means water level switch is stuck on full.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose on bottom of drum.
Remove and clean plastic filter inside hose.
Refit and test.

Coming up on screen F05

Error code F05 means pressure switch jammed on full.
Remove lower rear cover of washer.
Locate and remove large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.
This should solve the problem.

f05 means a blockage usually. check the drain hose is clear and there may be something in your filter or pump.
