First: better use kasperaskey anti virus.
If your desktop pc or laptop has antivirus,
have your pc scan your fon memory through bluetooth, or usb cable

OR:
If you have Virus On mobile
1 - remove memory card.
2 - dial *#7780# or *#7073*
3 - It format your Phone
4 - Format memory card.

hey my nokia 7610 has 4 buton no work what can i do?

if you want to format only settings or factory settings
then the code is *#7370#
but if you format all your phone memory then you have to update your phone software its the only way to format phone memory in nokia mobiles
go to the mobile shop to update
or if you have the data cable and PC suite u will do it yourself

you can format your phone using the hard resset...

by pressing the green,*,3 and power botton at the same time'
wait until you see the FORMATING in your phone screen...
then release the all bottons...
wait until the phone is re-boot...

you have to do the manual format.press *, 3,call button and now switch on the handset .keep pressing for few seconds upto the message comes "FORMATTING" then release the fingers .but you will loss the data.try this
