Hi,
Could you do a "diagnostic" print? As it might be that the colours con your tricolour cartridge have been cross-contaminated**
To
test the purity of the colour just go to word, excel or any
other application, Create a document that has pure colour squares or you
can print page 1 of this link . Then compare the
colours of the page on the screen versus what you got. if the colours are off,
it means your cartridge has been cross contaminated. Sadly a cross contaminated
cartridge can't be fixed. So if you just bought it I would recommend you return
it :(
