Dual head unit help!

I purchased a Dual head unit a year or so ago from BestBuy.
Around 3 months ago, my volume suddenly began acting up and when i turn the volume knob counterclockwise to lower the volume, it became louder and is not stuck on the max volume.
So now, i can't turn it on to listen to music or the radio since im afraid i will blow my speakers. Does anyone have an idea of what may have caused this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You. (by the way, BestBuy wont do anything since i lost my receipt from a year ago, and apparently, they don't have any record whatsoever of my purchase on any of their computers??? B.S.)

You can try contacting the manufacturer to see if it can be repaired.

When you have this type of problem, it's generally due to the rotary encoder failing. It's unlikely anyone else will have parts.

Printer is having issues, prints documents like this (pic in details). Anyone know what may be wrong with it?

Print heads can get clogged causing lines and all other sorts of stuff. There is usually a setting to clean print heads in your printer tools.
There is also an alignment tool in your settings that is ideal for situations like this.
I've also found that sometimes if the quality is set too low like on draft for example. Lines may appear causing inconsistent prints.

Yes warranty will cover manufacturer defect.
Sometimes even if it is out of warranty it is worth it to call the company because of a possible design flaw.

I have a Philips Gogear Mp3 player. suddenly I'm not able to switch on the power supply and i tried charging it for 4-5 hrs.no Use. It's just 4 months old. can u help me?

It's dead. The HDD models are basically obsolete - you may have purchased it 4 months ago, but it was manufactured 3 years ago. Here is the basic troubleshooting to be sure, but it won't work:

Triple Reset for Philips’ GoGear:

Disconnect the Go Gear from computer. Press the reset pinhole until the player turns off. Hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard. If this pop-up does not appear, reset the player again WHILE connected to the computer. Open the Philips Device Manager, and go to Repair Tab. Reset the player one more time while connected to computer. Follow the repair instructions.

After repair is complete, upgrade the firmware for this player. Will erase all the songs, but you should be good to go again.
