I had roaches infesting my machine. I put it in a large trash bag, sealed the bag, and used a fogger spray to kill the roaches. My question is is there any way I can take the machine apart to clean the inside? I do not want to use it until I make sure there are no roaches inside the machine. I can't figure out how to take it apart
I just discovered I have the same issue ughhh. I just saw a baby roach come out of my new machine. It's only a month old coffee maker. I don't know how to drain the last of the water out. Also don't know if freezer method will harm this machine. Can someone help me please. Don't want to throw away a 100.00 coffee pot. Please help. Email me at [email protected] please title it coffee pot so. I will know thx
Those studs sticking out of the back are headless screws. In additional to the other visible screws, you have to remove them with a pair of pliers or dremel a slot in them and use a flat head screwdriver.
Hi Lflaher
If you can't see any screws then the machine uses snap fasteners.
Until you see one of the clips & their spacing it's hard to figure out.
Use a thin clean paint scraper or credit card type tool to lift & pry one of the plastic panels until you see or feel or hear the plastic clip pop. After the first one the task becomes easier.
Take photos as you go for use on re assembly.
