I think it is called the Giant Set. It has two tracks one dark grey road track for the bertie the bus to race around and the bright blur train track which goes past the helicopter station with harold flying around in circles and has 3 train sheds and a bridge... found the links to tomy instructions but couldn't find it. These sets are quite hard to be creative without a boring outcome... will try though!

Ok well from that description I'm assuming that you are talking about the zip zoom and logging adventure from the trackmaster company, you could probable just search that in google and I'm pretty sure the track plan will come up. I have the same set and if you can't find the instructions online, I'll see if I can find my instructions somewhere.
roller coaster mountain is one big piece with a small removable castle and removable flag. if you have all these, all you need is the various track. you can look up this set on trackmaster thomas wiki and it will give you a list of the pieces.
